I encountered frustrating issues with the shuttle service schedule. It felt chaotic waiting for the shuttle, which seemed to run on a confusing timetable. The staff's demeanor left much to be desired, as they appeared overwhelmed and rude when I inquired about shuttle details.

This place is all about convenience for the airport traveler. The spacious bathroom with a dual shower offers a refreshing experience after long flights. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds are notable perks. Just prepare for basic dining options, as the food tends to repeat and lack variety over multiple days.

Great price, location, room, bed, wireless internet, breakfast, bus shuttle, staff, bar, very quick check-in and check-out. I wiIl stay here on every trip.

8:00 shuttle bus left at 7:55 abd we missed it, next bus at 8:20

inconsistent shuttle schedule (I almost missed my flight waiting for it, being about 30 min later than front desk knew it should come). could have had better facilities to accept international credit cards (the restaurant card reader was not functional). Because of the proximity to the airport, such services should be the norm, rather than the exception.

No parking or even a decent drop off area wifi was down the night we were there...but everything else was ok its out there and there is no place to buy a meal except hotel...and they were very pricey

The free shuttle to and from Charles de Gaulle

The long line (over 50 minutes) to get our room. We had requested a double bed but got singles (we were delighted to have a room by this time). The breakfast "buffet" was out of juice, ham and cheese until we were about to leave. The restaurant was out of many choices on the menu (late evening). The shuttle is free, but one is not guaranteed a space. Travelers crowded the entrance/exit doors with their luggage and we had great difficulty getting our luggage and ourselves on board. The driver did not ask passengers to move to make room for others. Fortunately a couple of fellow travelers helped us. At the next stop, many people were unable to board the shuttle and had to wait for the following one, 20 minutes later. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport which can get uncomfortable in a crowded bus with stacks of suitcases threatening to tumble at every turn.

The "navette" was very irregular and we had to wait a long time to get one with two tired young children. One of the drivers was rude, the bus was full but instead of getting off and saying that we had to wait for the next one that would come very shortly, she just ignored us as we tried to go on the bus and almost ran over my 5 year-old boy! When we arrived at the hotel, there was a long queue at reception but only two members of staff who didn't seem to hurry. We had to wait quite a while. Our kids were hungry and there was a long queue for the restaurant. It should be possible to order a sandwich or something light from the bar. The bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable so the night wasn't so good for us, adults. The "lit d'appoint" was good.

The room offered avery comfy and tidy environment for resting after a long travel day. The convenient shuttle service was a blessing, and the helpful staff ensured all my requests were promptly addressed.

Being close to the CDG Airport and having a free Shuttle service between the hotel and the airport was a great convenience for a traveller like me who was required to cach a morning flight to U.S.A. Provision of Tea and Coffee maker in the guest room was of great convenience and is greatly appreciated.

The dinnr buffet was amazing. A wonderful meal at a lovely hotel for our last night in Paris.
